Accessibility and Accommodation PolicyFor Individuals with Intellectual, Cognitive, and Hearing Disabilities

1. Policy Statement
Creative Passion Partners Inc. (CPP) is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and supportive environment for all individuals, including those with intellectual, cognitive, and hearing disabilities. This commitment is in accordance with the following laws and regulations:

- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794
- California Unruh Civil Rights Act, Cal. Civil Code § 51 et seq.
- California Disabled Persons Act, Cal. Civil Code § 54 et seq.
- California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Gov. Code § 12900 et seq.
- California Building Code, Title 24, Part 2 (Accessibility Standards for Physical Facilities)
CPP ensures equal access to all programs, services, and facilities, and prohibits
discrimination on the basis of disability.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all CPP programs, events, facilities, and communication channels, including both in-person and virtual services, within the State of California.

3. Accommodations and Supports

3.1 Communication Accessibility
- CPP communicates with clients using accessible methods, including email, online forms, and written materials, to support individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or prefer text-based communication.
- While CPP does not currently have in-house American Sign Language (ASL)
interpreters or a dedicated language line, we will arrange for qualified ASL
interpretation or other language services upon request, in compliance with California Civil Code § 54.8 and ADA Title III, provided reasonable advance notice is given.
- Staff are trained to provide information using plain language and visual aids to enhance understanding for individuals with cognitive or intellectual disabilities.

3.2 Sensory and Environmental Supports
- The Wellness Center offers sensory-sensitive spaces, including quiet areas and adjustable lighting, to accommodate individuals with sensory processing needs, pursuant to California Building Code, Title 24, Part 2.
- Visual aids and written instructions are provided to supplement verbal communication and ensure accessibility.

3.3 Personalized Assistance
- CPP staff are committed to providing patient, individualized support and will adapt communication and service delivery to meet the unique needs of each client, as required by ADA Title III and California Civil Code § 51.
- Clients and families are encouraged to inform staff of any specific accommodations or support needs prior to their visit or session.

3.4 Program and Service Design
- All programs, including mentorship, healing, and coaching sessions, are designed with flexibility to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.
- Special initiatives, such as the Special Needs Family Support Campaign, are available to support families and individuals with disabilities.

3.5 Scheduling and Access
- Clients can book and manage appointments online, with support available via email and phone for those who need assistance.
- CPP is committed to making reasonable accommodations to ensure full participation in all programs and events, as required by ADA (42 U.S.C. § 12182), Section 504, and California Civil Code § 54.1.

4. Non-Discrimination
CPP does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission, access, treatment, or employment in its programs or activities, in accordance with ADA Title III, Section 504, California Unruh Civil Rights Act, and the California Disabled Persons Act.

CPP regularly reviews this policy and welcomes feedback from clients, families, and the community to improve accessibility and inclusion.
