Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Creative Passion Partners Inc., DBA Creative Passion Partners Wellness Center, and its affiliates, programs, staff, volunteers, contractors, and authorized representatives. By using our website, registering for events, booking services, enrolling in memberships, making donations, or engaging with our programs, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services: We offer licensed mental health services, non-clinical holistic wellness services, memberships, workshops, classes, support circles, athletic and community programs, consultations, events, and special events. Some services may require separate consent, intake, participation, or waiver forms.
Website Use: You agree to use our website lawfully and not interfere with security, access, or functionality. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content, services, or offerings at any time.
Payments and Registrations:Prices, availability, and schedules may change without notice. Registration or booking is not complete until payment is processed. We may refuse or cancel a registration or booking for safety, policy, fraud, administrative, or availability reasons.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments for wellness services, consultations, coaching, and other eligible non-clinical services may generally be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee or may be treated as a forfeited session, subject to the service terms disclosed at booking. No-shows may also be charged in full.
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling through the applicable booking platform, by email at info@creativepassionpartners.org , or by phone at (626) 944-1722. Requests should include the client's name, appointment date and time, and service type. We may make reasonable exceptions for illness, family emergencies, or other urgent circumstances at our discretion.
Licensed clinical and therapy services may be governed by separate intake documents, informed consent forms, billing policies, and cancellation terms. Where a separate signed agreement applies, that agreement will control.
Events and Special Events: Participation in events and special events may be subject to additional rules, venue requirements, waivers, schedules, attendance limits, or organizer instructions. We may modify event dates, facilitators, locations, or programming when reasonably necessary.
Assumption of Risk and Liability: Participation in wellness activities, workshops, support groups, athletic activities, events, and special events involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Creative Passion Partners Inc. is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Photography and Media: Attendance at public programs, events, or special events may result in photography, video, or audio capture for educational, promotional, archival, fundraising, or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, notify staff in advance or at check-in.
Conduct and Safety: We reserve the right to deny entry, remove participants, or cancel services where necessary to protect safety, property, staff, or community well-being.
Intellectual Property: Our website content, branding, graphics, text, and materials are owned by or licensed to Creative Passion Partners Inc. and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
