Creative Passion Partners Inc. – Cancellation Policy (California)
At Creative Passion Partners Inc., we strive to offer flexible, compassionate support to our clients while maintaining fairness and respect for our team’s time and resources. Please review our cancellation policy below, designed to comply with California standards and our organizational values.
1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments (including energy healing, coaching, meditation, sound baths, and workshops) up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Coaching and mentorship program packages are non-refundable after the first session.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged the full session fee.
- No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may be charged the full session fee.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via our online booking system, by email at info@creativepassionpartners.org, or by phone.
- Please include your name, appointment date/time, and service type in your message.
3. Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience illness, family emergency, or other urgent matters, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and may waive fees at our discretion.
4. Group Events, Workshops, and Retreats
- For group events or retreats, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee, unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist. - No-shows for group events are non-refundable.
5. Special Considerations (California Law)
- In accordance with California law, clients who book services online or by phone may have additional rights to cancel within a certain period (usually 24 hours) for a full refund. We honor all applicable state and local consumer protection regulations.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Policy Updates
- We reserve the right to update this policy as needed to reflect best practices and legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as appropriate.
