Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services, memberships, events, special events, workshops, classes, donations, and related offerings provided by Creative Passion Partners Inc., DBA Creative Passion Partners Wellness Center.

 

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • For wellness services, coaching, consultations, and other eligible non-clinical appointments, clients may generally cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged the full session fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may also be charged in full.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests may be submitted through the booking platform, by email at  info@creativepassionpartners.org , or by phone at (626) 944-1722. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and service type. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and we may waive fees at our discretion in cases such as illness, family emergency, or urgent hardship.

  • Coaching or mentorship program packages may be non-refundable after the first session or as otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase.

 

Clinical Services

Licensed clinical services may be subject to separate billing, cancellation, informed consent, privacy, and attendance policies. Signed service documents will control where applicable.

Events, Special Events, Workshops, and Classes

Tickets, registrations, and fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If we cancel an event, special event, workshop, or class, we may offer a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled attendance option.

For group events, workshops, retreats, or special events, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund, credit, or transfer if stated in the event terms. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to partial forfeiture or may be non-refundable. No-shows for group events are generally non-refundable.

Memberships and Recurring Plans

Membership fees and recurring plan charges are generally non-refundable once billed, unless otherwise required by law. Future renewals may be canceled according to the terms disclosed at signup.

 

Donations

Donations made in support of our nonprofit mission are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, processing error, or where required by law.

 

Chargebacks and Billing Concerns

If you believe a billing issue has occurred, please contact us first so we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

 

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
