About the event
Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath—a gentle, immersive experience using soothing sound frequencies to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner clarity.
During this 60-minute session, you’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position while healing instruments (such as singing bowls and other sound tools) create a calming soundscape. Many people experience deep rest, a quieter mind, and a renewed sense of balance—perfect for the energy of the full moon.
