About the event
Join us every Sunday for our Weekly Sound Bath—a calming, restorative experience to help you close out the week feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready for what's ahead.
During this 60-minute session, you'll be guided into a comfortable resting position while healing instruments (such as singing bowls and other sound tools) create a soothing soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. Whether it's your first sound bath or part of your regular self-care routine, this is your space to simply rest and recharge.
