Sound Bath

Step into a calm, cozy space and let sound do what words can’t. Our Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind, and support nervous-system regulation through soothing, resonant tones.

Guided by Kelley Schonland of Healing Hands Wellness, this session uses gentle sound frequencies (such as singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments) to create a grounding environment where your body can soften and your breath can slow. You’ll be invited to rest comfortably as the sounds wash over you—supporting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a sense of inner steadiness.

No experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

What to expect
