CPP’s Women’s Empowerment & Wellness Group offers women a supportive environment to connect, reflect, and grow. The group explores topics such as self-worth, relationships, boundaries, caregiving demands, life transitions, stress management, and personal goals. Participants are encouraged to recognize their strengths, share their experiences, and develop practices that support emotional and personal wellness.
